Emerald Tool and Mold, Inc. employs two full-time design engineers, and one CNC programmer.  Our designs are done completely in 3-D (Pro-E), which means that when your job is complete...we can provide you with both 2d drawings and 3-D Solid Models.  In addition to mold-design, our engineers have extensive part design/consultation experience.  We would be happy to assist you with any questions regarding your project or idea. 

     We accept a wide variety of file formats, and can send files in multiple formats as well (see list below). 

     From concept, to approval, straight through final sampling...we are with you every step of the way to make sure that your needs are met.
